At Queen Creek Creative, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Custom-designed or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

Refund Methods and Processing Time
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to appear on your account after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
